fondant
food color blue,skin color,black skin color
cocktail stick
paintbrush
butter cream
cupcake

 

1. cover cupcake with butter cream

2. make blue fondant ball

3 .push one side of ball

4 .make skirt shape

5. cut whit fondant with circle cutter cookies

6.push outline of circle with finger to make frill

7. attach to the skirt with water

8. pin cocktail stick to the bottom of the skirt

9. pin to the cupcake

10 roll fondant skin color to make legs

12 make foot 

13 with black foot color paint the shoes

14 attach with water to the inside of the skirt

now is ready
