140 gr confection sugar
160 gr almond flour
3 large eggs white
55 gr granulated sugar
pinch of salt
pink food coloring
how to make:
1 preheat the oven 150° C . sift con sugar into a bowl and almond flour put in same place.
2 beat egg white on medium speed add salt. and last granulated sugar 1 teaspoon at a time , until the white reach medium sof peak. tranfer to large bowl
3 sprinkle half sugar and almond mix to egg white,with rubber spatulla, add vanila and food coloring
4 transfer mixture to a large pastry bag.
5 bake for 20-25 minutes
