how to make it :

1. cover lilipos stick with fondant
2. cut fondant with tip or cookies cutter
3. attach with water hair, body, and tail to the lilipop stick
4. draw eyes with small paint brush ,  make bikini for mermaid,make lips with small knife and paint white small dot with paint brush

now mermaid ready
