This actually old post from my old blog.....just want to share how to make pasta by hand....( learn from my mother in law..) more difficult than rolling fondant...;))
yum! looks wonderful! I always have home-made noodles that are WAY too thick :) I can't seem to roll them flat enough or thin enough! Do you have a recipe for these? They look perfect!

Thank you Michelle......just 100 gr flour 00 and 1 egg for 1 portion but before rolling you must leave for half hour for ake the pasta flexible.
